Crystal Type
Separate materials by the confirmed crystal or gemstone identity.
Factory & Quality Control
From incoming material checks and sorting to assembly, final inspection and shipment preparation, each order is reviewed against its confirmed specifications.
Step 01
Incoming crystal materials and components are checked against the confirmed order requirements before they move into sorting or processing.
Confirm the declared crystal, gemstone or other material name.
Compare the received batch with the agreed color range or approved reference.
Review the supplied dimensions and usable size range for the intended product.
Identify obvious cracks, chips or damage that may affect processing or use.
Verify that the material and components correspond with the purchase specification.
Step 02
Materials are grouped using product-specific criteria so that selected pieces remain suitable for the confirmed design and batch requirements.
Separate materials by the confirmed crystal or gemstone identity.
Group pieces within an agreed hue, tone and saturation range.
Review transparency and visible inclusions according to the product standard.
Separate pieces by the dimensions required for the product or strand.
Coordinate natural veining, banding or mineral pattern where applicable.
Screen for visible chips, deep scratches, pits or processing damage.
Step 04
Hole placement, usable openings and surface finishing are reviewed before beads and crystal pieces move to matching or assembly.
Check centering and placement against the intended assembly method.
Measure the opening using the actual specification agreed for the order.
Screen for edge breakage, cracking or unusable openings.
Review gloss, visible tool marks and overall surface finish.
Check sharp or rough edges that may affect handling or assembly.
Remove processing residue before the next inspection stage.
Step 05
For bracelets, necklaces and bead strands, individual beads are coordinated to support a balanced finished product while respecting natural material variation.
Color coordination within the approved batch range
Bead size consistency for the confirmed specification
Pattern balance across natural veining and inclusions
Bead sequence according to the approved design
Left-right symmetry where the product requires it
Finished length checked against the order requirement
Step 06
Approved crystal pieces and components are assembled according to the confirmed product design, construction and branding requirements.
Arrange and string beads in the approved order and length.
Connect chain sections and joining components for the specified construction.
Install and check clasps, jump rings and closures.
Set pendant orientation and connect bails or supporting parts.
Attach spacers, caps, connectors and other confirmed findings.
Add approved product tags, labels or branded cards when included.
Step 07
Final inspection points are selected by product type and checked against the confirmed order specification before packing.
| Product Type | Main Inspection Points |
|---|---|
| Bead Strands | Bead diameter, hole diameter, strand length, quantity and color range |
| Bracelets | Finished size, elastic cord, bead matching and knot finishing |
| Necklaces | Total length, clasp, pendant direction and connection security |
| Earrings | Pair consistency, components, direction and weight balance |
| Pendants | Hole position, bail, surface condition and edges |
| DIY Materials | Item type, quantity, size and packaging label |
Inspection criteria and allowable natural variation should be confirmed according to the crystal type, product construction and approved order requirements.
Step 08
Products are protected, identified and counted before dispatch. The packing method should be confirmed according to product type, order quantity and shipping requirements.
Separate products where needed for identification and surface protection.
Arrange bead strands to reduce tangling, friction and pressure.
Use suitable separators or wrapping for polished and metal surfaces.
Apply confirmed item codes, variants or packaging labels.
Reconcile packed quantities with the order and packing list.
Select cushioning and carton protection appropriate for the shipment.
Review carton condition, labels and shipment information before dispatch.
