Shipping & Delivery

Crystal Product Shipping & Delivery

How samples, loose beads, finished jewelry and bulk crystal orders are protected, dispatched and followed through international delivery.

Product-Specific Protection Shipping Options Confirmed Per Order Pre-Shipment Review

Shipment Planning

Shipping Arrangements Depend on the Order Type

Product type, quantity, destination, required delivery date and packaging requirements are reviewed before a shipping method is confirmed.

01

Sample Shipping

Samples can be prepared as a separate shipment so buyers can review material, color, size, workmanship and packaging before a larger order.

  • Sample quantity and availability confirmed first
  • Protective packing selected for the product
  • Courier option and charge confirmed before dispatch
  • Tracking shared after carrier acceptance
02

Ready-Stock & Mixed Orders

Mixed-SKU orders are checked against the confirmed product list before packing. Every sales unit and SKU should remain identifiable during receiving.

  • SKU and quantity reconciliation
  • Product-specific inner protection
  • Mixed-carton packing list where applicable
  • Outer-carton review before handover
03

Custom & Bulk Orders

Bulk packaging format, units per inner pack, shipping marks and outer-carton protection must be approved before final packing begins.

  • Packaging method confirmed in writing
  • Final quantity and carton information checked
  • Shipping route quoted for the packed order
  • Handover requirements aligned with the carrier or forwarder

Protective Packaging

Protection Matched to Each Crystal Product

Packaging should control abrasion, tangling, impact and SKU confusion without placing unnecessary pressure on crystal components.

Loose Beads & Strands

Separated, Identified and Cushioned

  • Beads or strands separated by SKU and sales unit
  • Sealed inner bags or protective strand sleeves as agreed
  • Size, color and quantity information kept identifiable
  • Cushioning added to limit movement inside the carton
Bracelets & Necklaces

Anti-Scratch and Anti-Tangling Protection

  • Individual product protection where required
  • Chains, clasps and pendants positioned to reduce tangling
  • Bracelet shape and elastic condition checked before packing
  • SKU labels and accessory quantities reviewed
Fragile Pendants

Separate Impact Protection

  • Fragile pendants protected individually
  • Edges, points, drilled areas and metal loops checked
  • Inner cushioning selected to reduce direct impact
  • Heavy pieces kept from pressing against smaller products
Bulk Orders

Packaging Method Confirmed Before Packing

  • Units per inner pack and carton agreed in advance
  • Outer cartons selected for order weight and route
  • Carton marks and packing list checked
  • Final packed quantity reconciled before dispatch
Bulk-order requirement

The final packaging method should be confirmed before bulk packing. Retail boxes, pouches, cards, labels and special protective inserts may affect MOQ, packed volume, freight and preparation time.

Delivery Timing

Production Lead Time Is Not Shipping Transit Time

The expected delivery plan must include both stages. Customs review, remote-area delivery and carrier disruptions may add time outside the production schedule.

Production or Preparation+Shipping Transit+Customs & Local Delivery=Estimated Delivery Window
Stage 01

Production / Preparation Lead Time

Starts after the order, payment requirements, specifications and any required sample or packaging approval are confirmed.

  • Ready-stock picking and SKU checking
  • Custom production or product assembly
  • Quality inspection and recheck
  • Labeling, inner packing and carton packing
Stage 02

Shipping Transit Time

Starts when the carrier or nominated forwarder accepts the packed shipment. It does not include the earlier production or order-preparation stage.

  • Carrier collection or warehouse handover
  • Export processing and line-haul transit
  • Destination customs procedures
  • Local delivery or buyer collection

The applicable lead-time range and shipping estimate should be written into the quotation or order confirmation. A fixed arrival date should only be used when the responsible carrier has provided an appropriate service commitment.

Weight & Sales Units

How Crystal Product Quantity and Freight Are Calculated

Natural materials and international freight require clear units of sale, packed measurements and written order specifications.

Natural Stone Weight

Reasonable Weight Variation

Natural crystal products can vary in weight because density, inclusions, shape, polishing and individual stone size are not completely identical.

Order control Any applicable weight range or tolerance should follow the confirmed product specification, quotation or approved sample.
Loose Bead Sales Unit

Calculate by the Confirmed Unit

Loose beads and strands may be sold by piece, strand, pack, weight or another stated unit. The actual unit shown in the product information or quotation controls the order calculation.

Order control Confirm bead size, strand length, approximate count where relevant and the exact sales unit before payment.
International Freight

Chargeable Weight May Be High

Crystal products are relatively dense. International freight may therefore be significant, especially for bulk beads, stone carvings, gift sets and protective retail packaging.

Freight control The final freight quotation should use packed gross weight, carton dimensions, route and carrier charging rules.
Product amount Confirmed unit price × confirmed sales units
Freight amount Carrier quotation based on packed shipment data

International Logistics

Forwarders, Customs Duties and Tracking

Responsibilities should be defined by the written quotation, agreed shipping scope and applicable Incoterm—not assumed from the shipping method alone.

Customer-Nominated Forwarder

Your Logistics Partner Is Welcome

Before handover, provide complete forwarder instructions so cartons, documents and receiving arrangements can be prepared correctly.

  • Forwarder company and contact person
  • Warehouse address and receiving hours
  • Booking number, cutoff and shipping marks
  • Required invoice, packing list or other instructions
  • Written confirmation of responsibility after handover
Destination Customs & Duties

Confirm Import Responsibility in Advance

Import duties, taxes, brokerage and destination charges vary by country, product classification, declared value and shipping terms.

  • Responsibility follows the agreed quotation or Incoterm
  • Duties are not assumed to be included unless stated in writing
  • The buyer should confirm local import requirements
  • Commercial documents must reflect the actual transaction
  • Customs decisions may affect final delivery timing
Shipment Tracking

Tracking Shared After Dispatch

Available events depend on the selected carrier or forwarder. Some freight services provide milestone updates rather than continuous door-to-door scans.

  1. 01Booking or pickup confirmed
  2. 02Carrier or forwarder accepts shipment
  3. 03Tracking or shipment reference shared
  4. 04Transit and customs milestones followed

Shipment Issues

Damage, Loss or Quantity Difference Handling

If an issue is found, preserve the shipment, packaging and shipping labels and contact us within the claim period stated in the quotation, order confirmation or applicable after-sales policy.

01

Transit Damage

Record the condition of the outer carton, inner protection and affected products before discarding or repacking anything.

02

Lost Shipment

Provide the shipment reference and the latest tracking event so the responsible carrier or forwarder can be contacted.

03

Quantity Difference

Count products by the confirmed SKU and sales unit. For loose beads, use the unit stated in the order rather than an assumed piece count.

Evidence to Keep

Do Not Discard the Packaging

  • Outer carton photos from all sides
  • Shipping label and carton marks
  • Inner packaging and protective materials
  • Photos or video of the affected products
  • Unboxing video where available
  • SKU-by-SKU receiving and count record
  1. 1
PreserveKeep cartons, labels and inner packaging.
  2. 2
DocumentRecord damage, shortage or tracking details.
  3. 3
SubmitSend the order number and complete evidence.
  4. 4
ReviewWe review order records and coordinate with the responsible logistics party.

The resolution depends on the confirmed product specification, order terms, evidence supplied and the carrier or forwarder investigation. Natural color, texture or agreed weight variation should be assessed against the approved range rather than treated automatically as transit damage or shortage.
