Section 01

Ordering Options

Choose an order type based on your current purchasing stage, product selection and customization requirements.

01

Sample Order

Review selected products, materials, sizes or workmanship before a larger purchase.

Availability and sample terms are confirmed by SKU.
02

Small Trial Order

Test selected products and customer response with a controlled initial quantity.

MOQ and available styles are confirmed before quotation.
03

Mixed Product Order

Combine different eligible products, crystal types or styles in one wholesale order.

Mixed-order rules depend on SKU, stock and packing method.
04

Volume Order

Purchase larger quantities for distribution, retail programs or seasonal demand.

Quantity pricing is reviewed using the final SKU list.
05

Custom Order

Develop crystal products using confirmed materials, dimensions, components and designs.

Custom MOQ and lead time depend on project requirements.
06

Private Label Order

Add approved branding, labels, cards, logo tags or custom packaging.

Branding and packaging may have separate MOQ requirements.

Section 02

Minimum Order Quantity

MOQ is confirmed by SKU or project because stock status, crystal material, product structure and packaging requirements are different.

Order Category MOQ Information Confirmation Basis
Ready-Stock Products Selected in-stock styles may start from 1 piece per SKU where shown. Product page, SKU and current stock availability
Bead Strands Confirmed by crystal type, bead size and strand specification. Material, grade, size, shape and strand length
Loose Beads Confirmed by sales unit, pack quantity and material availability. Crystal type, bead size, shape and unit of sale
Finished Jewelry Confirmed by product type, stock status and required components. SKU, product construction, findings and color selection
Custom Products Quoted separately after material and design review. Complexity, materials, components, logo and production process
Custom Packaging Packaging MOQ is confirmed separately from product MOQ. Packaging type, printing, logo method and packaging supplier

Do not combine different MOQ categories unless the quotation specifically confirms that SKU or quantity consolidation is allowed.

Section 03

Volume Pricing

Wholesale pricing is prepared using the confirmed SKU list, quantities, specifications, packaging and current material conditions.

01

Quantity-Based Pricing

Unit pricing may change when the confirmed quantity reaches an available pricing tier.

02

Multiple SKU Calculation

Whether different SKUs can be combined for volume pricing must be confirmed in the quotation.

03

Custom Order Quotation

Custom products are quoted using material, development, components, branding, packaging and quantity requirements.

04

Quotation Validity

The validity period should be stated on each quotation. Prices must be reconfirmed after expiration.

05

Natural Material Pricing

Natural crystal costs may change with material grade, color range, size, availability and batch selection.

Pricing Principle

Final pricing is based on the approved product specification and commercial quotation. Website content does not replace a formal quotation.

Section 04

Sample Information

Sample terms depend on whether the request involves an existing product, a selected material batch or new custom development.

01

Sample Availability

Existing-product and custom sample availability is confirmed by SKU or project.

02

Sample Price

Sample pricing is confirmed before payment and may differ from bulk-order unit pricing.

03

Shipping Cost

The quotation should clearly state which party is responsible for sample shipping charges.

04

Sample Fee Credit

Whether a sample fee can be credited toward a bulk order must be confirmed in writing.

05

Final Batch Representation

Natural crystals may vary by batch. A sample does not guarantee every future stone will be identical.

06

Custom Sample Revisions

The number, scope, cost and schedule of sample revisions must be confirmed for each project.

Natural Material Notice

When strict color or pattern matching is required, request current batch photos or a batch-specific sample before confirming the bulk order.

Section 05

Batch Approval

For natural crystal products, batch-specific confirmation helps align reasonable variation, product specifications and packaging before shipment.

01

Batch Photos

Review current material or finished-product photos when batch approval is required.

Confirm viewing conditions and product reference.
02

Color Range

Confirm the acceptable color range instead of expecting every natural stone to be identical.

Use approved photos or samples as the reference.
03

Size Confirmation

Confirm bead diameter, product dimensions, strand length or other specifications.

Use the agreed measurement method and tolerance.
04

Packaging Confirmation

Review packaging type, labels, SKU information, logo placement and packing method.

Approve artwork and packaging samples where required.
05

Pre-Shipment Quantity

Check packed quantities against the confirmed order and packing list.

Report any approved substitutions separately.
